1. | CLICK ON THE 3 DOTS IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER LOCATED UNDER THE "X" YOU USE TO CLOSE THE PAGE. |
2. | CLICK ON "SETTINGS." |
3. | SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM AND CLICK ON "ADVANCED." (OR ADVANCED SETTINGS) |
4. | NOW, SCROLL DOWN, AND CLICK ON "CONTENT SETTINGS." |
5. | SCROLL DOWN TO "FLASH." MAKE SURE THE DEFAULT IS "ALLOW SITES TO RUN." IF IT SHOWS 'ASK FIRST,' CLICK ON IT AND CHANGE IT. |
6. | BACK AT THE TOP, CLICK ON THE BACK ARROW BESIDE "CONTENT SETTINGS" WHICH TAKES YOU BACK TO "PRIVACY AND SECURITY." |
7. | AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PRIVACY BOX, CLICK ON "CLEAR BROWSING DATA." |
8. | IN THE POPUP, MAKE SURE ONLY THE TOP 4 BOXES ARE CHECKED; AND IN THE DROPDOWN MENU RIGHT ABOVE THE BOXES, SELECT "FROM THE BEGINNING OF TIME," AND NOW CLICK ON 'CLEAR BROWSING DATA.' |
9. | RESTART YOUR COMPUTER, AND OPEN CHROME. |
